Stand up paddleboard (SUP) and Paddle
Personal flotation device (PFD)
In addition to paddleboard training, our instructor is a professional lifeguard with over 10 years of experience. His general SUP skills provides him all the necessary abilities to perform on rivers, beaches and open ocean, making him very competent to monitor small groups.
He also has knowledge about psychology, rescue techniques, navigation, tropical weather, tides, and teaching drills. As member of the Cuban Excursionist Movement, he has learned a lot about our native nature and the importance of its preservation.
